We have done our research on other services out there & the prices that come with them are hundreds above us. We don’t believe in cutting our amazing services or overcharging for services. We offer better services for way more resaonable prices and we will stick to that for years to come.

We do the Same Day snow clearing when the snow stops. The only exception is if a major event comes through which will delay service by a few hours.

Snow falls greater than 6 inches and doesn’t stop snowing, will be treated as a major snow event. We clear basic sidewalks and driveways so you can safely get out. Once the event passes, we come back to clear the snow on the rest of the property. 

We try our best each time to get down to the pavement, if the snow is too packed for our snow blowers, we will scrap it to the best of our abilities.

We use an Alaskan Pet-Friendly Ice Melt for a few reasons.

1. It’s gentle on paws & doesn’t track
2. Doesn’t damage grass, concrete, asphalt, or vegetation like Salt or other Ice Melt products.
3. Works until -26 weather.
4. Alaskan is a product Made In Canada and it’s the only product we tested and have trusted for many years.
   
   

If the temperature drops below -26 & you have ice on the property, we will use the Non-Pet Friendly verson which works until -35 if requested.

We do Email Notifications the day before we come out with a description of the time we’ll be starting and more as long as we have the Email.
